Program Cost includes all programming fees, meals, and ticket to April 2026 IKDDS Spring Fling (Graduation).

Module 1: Personal & Professional Vision September 26, 2025

MANDATORY SESSION! Participants will identify the Tenants of Effective Leadership, Defining a Personal Vision Statement, and Clinical Roundtable Review.

Module 2: Communication Styles October 24, 2025

Participants will learn about different communication styles, how to identify them, and how to be a better communicator for your team members and staff

Module 3: HIPAA & Ethical Communication November 22, 2024

Participants will learn current legal considerations surrounding HIPAA laws and the ethical frameworks for successful patient communications. Participants will walk through situational communication and how to remain professional in hard conversations. Day will conclude with Clinical Roundtable.

Module 4: Vision & Execution January 23, 2026

Participants will learn how to identify considerations for connecting professional vision by managing profit in the dental office and learn about tools available to help plan your practice to meet your goals. Day will conclude with Clinical Roundtables.

Module 5: Execution of Finances February 27, 2026

Participants will learn considerations for managing profit in a dental office and how to maximize efficiency with systems, technology, and scheduling. Participants will engage with Clinical Roundtable.

Participants will learn about putting their vision on view. Fear and the effective use of social media & marketing., and Clinical Roundtable

FLIK Graduation: IKDDS Spring Fling Thursday, April 23, 2026

Participants will receive recognition and 1 complimentary ticket to attend the annual IKDDS Spring Fling to be held at location TBD.

The Isaac Knapp District Dental Society (IKDDS) is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider provided by the Indiana Dental Association. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. Isaac Knapp District Dental Society designates this program for 7 continuing education credits each programming day completed.
